We concentrate on the essential products consumers purchase regularly and sell these in an efficient environment. Today ALDI operates as two separate groups: ALDI North and ALDI South. ALDI North comprises the northern region of Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. ALDI South comprises southern Germany, Austria, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Slovenia, the USA and Australia.

We want to locate our stores as close to as many people as possible. To achieve this, and to help keep our prices low, we open stores in areas where there are 20,000 or more residents. To make our customer shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we also insist on properties where we can provide suitable car parking areas.
